This morning it rained.
This afternoon it is sunny.

Beautiful red …. ❤️
Way more than just rain and sunshine take place in this mind between morning and afternoon!
No kidding. Like a Tsunami in between.
I think the challenge is not to let our moods react to every trigger around us, taking us up and down like the weather. A little bit, yes, but I’ve seen some people whose moods jump around so much you never know what to expect. I don’t like that kind of instability any more than I can stomach someone who is (or pretends to be) happy all the time or depressed all the time. I suppose a little bit of change is normal. Right now it’s cloudy and sprinkling rain out there, after days of sunshine, but the rain feels good and fresh.
Now, that is the trick – to not let our moods drag us around by our nose.
They way you describe your weather, i can see it exactly that way. Homeland.
It’s Canada Day and we are reminded that every day may not be roses but the rain is good for the earth. I’m feeling good because I mowed the whole (big) yard yesterday. Glad I didn’t put it off .
You deserve the day off!
And that’s just what I’m doing! It’s Canada Day and I’m feeling very lucky to be living in this country. The US is good too. I could happily be a citizen of either or both.
I get enjoy both.
I think we should be all one country.
Hmmmmmm
Oh, wouldn’t that be a heated discussion if it ever came to that!
Oh that it would.
What a shame! We all came from somewhere else to start with – even those who claim to have gotten here first. I think we have so much in common.
Everything changes… Weather and moods included. Love the photo 💛
Yes, agree with all Val.

Thanks for sharing Karen.
Stephen Frye was the first person I heard describe bipolar disorder as weather. About 0:59 on the time line here.
