  1. Exactly so lovely moments… What amazing and beautiful birds. I love them all. And Epicurus well said too… Thank you dear David, have a nice day and new week, Love, nia

  2. No greater sign of affection, than to feed those we love. Your yard is a bird sanctuary. Just a beautiful moment. Thank you for sharing it!

  3. I said it yesterday on Instagram. This is not breaking bread. He’s courting her, in other words, trying to get in her pants, or it’s just dinner time.

Breaking bread is something else. Dale and I broke bread together. You and I have not. Yet!

    1. Wow Sawsan. Freud was right: “Will only remind you of your earlier observations. Psychoanalysis is inherently sexual. And what people say is less important than what they cannot.” โ€” C. S. Lewis, in a conversation with Sigmund Freud, in “Freud’s Last Sessions” (2023).

      1. But I always say it. There isn’t a thing a can’t or don’t say. Freudian laws don’t apply to me.

Pretty, photo…I’ve yet to see a Cardinal in person…my mother said she loved watching them when they lived in Metro DC…We watched three Red Tailed Hawks today…///

Oh, did you by chance or on purpose take a photo of the gorgeous Pink Dogwood in your town this Spring?

    1. Never seen a Cardinal! Wow, you need to add that to your bucket list! But Red Tailed Hawks are so beautiful too! No, I didn’t get the Pink Dogwood this year, not sure why!
