When I was a kid, the handicraft shops used to sell a tiny red seed that was filled with little ivory elephants, maybe about 1 mm in length, and a hair’s thickness. It was a favourite gift to give people. Today’s camel reminds me of that.

Amazing what the mind remembers. And how that memory is triggered by something else. Thanks for sharing.

Still visualizing your red seed with tiny white elephants…what a wonderful gift to give a child! Wish I knew where to find such a “marvelous” item.
…the day of hope, that’s what day it is! Thank you, Caleb and Dave: HHD, my friend.

A man and his camel (Caleb’s cousin) traversing the vast open space where the pink sand, forms land clouds that move slowly, swirling just above the camel cousin’s ankles…at exactly mid-day…casting a shadow along side of them…they still have a way to go until they reach the comfort of home, where the table sits in the deep, cool, reaches of their domicile- where yogurt, flat bread and lamb pieces, awaits where his wife and children are laughing and smiling glad that the traveling dad is safely home, sharing of his adventure…

Yes, it was magical. I haven’t seen them for years, but according to this article, you might get one on ebay: https://elviodesign.com/blogs/news/red-sandalwood-and-white-elephants
