wow, is that an amazing quote – peace came dropping slow
Isn’t it though.
May it drop slow…and steadily
Yesssss…..
Dropping slow indeed. That image is suffused with peace, pal. So happy you have that steady drip in your life every morning and further, are sharing it with us. 🙂
Thank you Lori.

Oh man. You did it. Again.
Big sigh.
Big breath.
Big peace dropping slow.
Awwwww. So glad.
This is one of your best photos. And to pair it with Yeats is so fitting. I love Yeats’ poetry.
Thank you Anneli. I stood there looking through the viewfinder and said “I wonder if camera is going to capture ThIS.” And it did. What a moment…
It’s a real beauty!
Back in the 60’s when I lived in a commune in Philadelphia, Hamilton Camp was one of my favorite folksingers. Still is. He is most well known for “Pride of Man” but my favorite is “The Lake Isle of Innisfree.” I remember singing this song à cappella one midnight, while paddling a canoe under the moon and the stars through the Boundary Waters with my Outward Bound crew. Magical.
Loved it!
Beautiful photos. Congratulations!
Thank you!
Sorry… forgot to add this link of Hamilton Camp singing the poem.

Thank you!
Ah yes, Yeats, probably my all time favourite but being Irish I am arguably biased 😊
Nah….no bias at all! 🙂
HaHa, you’ve got to agree he’s among the greatest!
Nice
Thank you.
