Wow, what a chief builder he/she is! I’am always in awe of their beak-work and over the years kept collecting the empty nests and had them on display in the veranda or outside the front door. Had to give this all up as we’re now in a ordinary rental flat 🙁

A Baltimore oriole takes a lot of time weaving and the nest dangles from a branch. Very cool! We have a nest in our yard that crows congregate in late afternoon…. hoping the babes get a chance to grow and spread their wings!
