We start this MOnday with some sunshine, birds are singing, dogs are joyfully barking (and chasing said birds) and I open your blog – and feeld depressed…. This can‘t be, can it?!
I also am no longer surprised that you are an insomniac. With 13h of activities totalled on your phone, a few hours of domestic ‚being‘, it leaves you with precious few time for sleeping. David, oh David….. I fear for you.
Laughing. I fear for myself!
Join the gang – we NEED your posts David – think of us 😉
Do you think we should talk to Susan? Help you get some sleep? Lots of love – the sun is already goe here ….
Laughing. Talk to Susa? She’s given up Kiki. I’m a lost cause.
your robots are taking over.
Yep! That’s the punch line.
Holy hell!
I dunno that I would want to know my numbers
..
Come on Friend. Spill it. Show us your numbers.
I dunno even HOW to get my numbers – Android girl, over here… I’ll have to look to see how to get them – if I do !
Android. Of course you are.
Yes. I told you that already. You still love me, right?
This is going to take a lot of work.
Aww shucks…
And a manic good morning to you, my friend…
Ha! Good one!
Whoa!😮
Exactly Roseanne. My reaction exactly.
Scary isn’t it. My watch has been in for repair for over a week now. I still look at my wrist to see what time it is, but have also become attached to my phone to tell me the time.
And as we know, one pick leads to an other ….
Keep trending down Dave!
One pick leads to another and another and another. So true Val. I’m working on it. Like a diet, it is an uphill battle.
Uphill, sideways, down or lateral is a conjecture of the mind. I don’t think body understands compasses or directions, but it does know what makes it feel more in balance, whole and relaxed. What if there was no uphill, just an observation that it may be a time for balance between tension and striving, and letting go into who you want to be.
I agree with that Val. I may not understand it, but I feel when it’s out of balance. Thank you.
“Hello, my name is David and I’m a tech addict.” Seriously, pal, a notification every 1.2 minutes? I started to develop a nervous tic just reading this post. Think it may be time for a digital detox retreat…. http://digitaldetox.org/retreats/
Laughing. I’m an addict. I am. I’m off to check out your detox link. Thanks Lori.
Sorry, but I couldn’t even gather the focus to take in all your stats–then, realized that I should NOT bother. Oh Dear David, what can we do? What can Susan do? What could a dog do?
Lost cause! But dog, now puppy can help.
A puppy ALWAYS helps!
I’m smiling just thinking about it.

Lost cause Valerie! But dog? I’m sure a puppy could help. I’m sure of it.
Slow down and smell the roses!
Melinda, you are right!
🙂
Interesting stats not something I worry about
Good for you!
Terrible stats. Any way that you can cut down on the calls and notifications?
They are terrible Darlene. I’m starting to cut out notifications. And working on the rest.
I better start meditating for both of us!! 😩
Now. Yes now please. 😬
you need therapy! come on 819 notifications, 225 pick ups…
Laughing. It would be throwing money down the drain. Total lost cause.
