It usually rains a lot here…Portland Oregon…Fall, Winter, and well into Spring and early summer. Pretty much…all the time. We usually get so tired of the weather…we are unfit for other human consumption or conversation. Usually. I can’t tell you what our weather has been like lately. Suffice it to say…lots of smiles, grins, winks, shorts and flip flops. I’ll say no more…

My husband is on a business trip in NY and it looks like he’s not going to be getting home today, after all. Currently, all the flights to Miami except for his are canceled, though it doesn’t look good. Nature is cruel!

I love the little shovel!! hahahaha!! Not so funny for you folks. It’s stinkin’ cold here — but they it’s scheduled to warm up here this weekend. On an even sweeter note, my broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage, and brussel sprouts have all come up in the basement 🙂
