providing for his/her family–how sweet when they could have just nibbled on it all by themselves–truly the Christmas spirit! I love that the mouse finally succeeded.

That is some SERIOUS “stick-to-it-ness!” I love how the little fella goes away for a moment, regroups, then comes back and takes the prize. You just know he had an epiphany as he was walking around above. “hey, wwaaaaaiiiit a minute…..” 🙂

Yes, pauses, rests, builds up a head a steam and goes at it again. Love this clip.

He definitely gets an A for effort! I am exhausted just watching him. And I already was dragging….

Man oh man, haven’t we all had weeks or days like that? I also love that the mouse finally succeeded after leaving for just a moment, thinking about it, and coming back and then succeeding on the first retry. Few things are better than a satisfying do over. Now I can begin and finish my Friday as well … Thanks, David!

Determination. Reminded me of a popular UK commercial from the late 80s. I guarantee you won’t realise what they’re advertising until the end. From memory, it took the squirrel some weeks to figure this one out.

And she’s persistent.
She certainly is!
yes. and i had this same issue once with a lovely cadbury bar just within my grasp.
🙂
And I didn’t think he was going to make it! Just shows what’s possible if we persevere!! 😆
I smile thinking about this clip. Incredible determination.
Walk away. Think about it. Get and idea. Return with a solution. Classic. Thanks for sharing this.
