sometimes all it takes is a giant crow, almost your size, walking up unannounced, right behind you and nipping at your tail, as you sit on the beach, in your snappy sweater vest, peacefully and slowly watching the sun rise up over the horizon as you hear the water lapping on the shore nearby, to wake you up a bit and snap you back into the reality of the day. that is all.

Laughing. Love it.

Just when you thought it was peaceful 🙂

Laughing. Yes, just when…you are shocked to your senses
Loading...
Whoa!
Loading...
Just sitting here minding my own business and meditating and this d*mn bird…
Loading...
Laughing. Aloud.
Loading...
How many times have I watched this? Don’t ask.
Loading...
I won’t ask you if you don’t ask me.
Loading...
Deal.

love the way the raven seems to feign interest in something else as the dog looks around!
Loading...
So sneaky, right?! And so, I need to ask. Raven. Crow. How can you tell the difference?
Loading...
I don’t actually know in the US! Ravens are bigger and glossier in Australia.
Loading...
From your confident comment, I figured you were an experts on horses and dark, black birds….
Loading...
I know those ravens are super smart. I remember a doco where they dropped nuts under moving cars to break the shells, then waited for the crossing lights to go and retrieve them. Not sure why they like to pull dogs tails. Just jerks, maybe.
Loading...
Interesting. May be smart, but they are dark, dark looking, dark period.
Loading...
A little peck on the tail……funny. I too can’t stop watching.
Loading...
Probably didn’t feel like a little peck for the recipient.

What a devious little s$?! That bird is! Playing it off, “Who me? I won’t bother you, man, just sharing your patch of sand! (look away sucker, do it!)” and BAM! Poor little dog. Took 10 years off his life. and yes, I’ve watched the clip at least half a dozen times… 😉
Loading...
Funny. I did too! At LEAST a dozen times.
Loading...
LOL!
Loading...
🙂
Loading...
Ouch! Too funny…
Loading...
It is…
Loading...
Now why does that dog keep on sitting down to let the raven do it again and again? Not very smart! 😉
Loading...
Funny, he’s not very smart. Sort of like me and dieting.
Loading...
I needed a little jump start to my day and this was perfect–glad I was watching and not the recipient though
Loading...
Me too!
Loading...
Watching over and over, laughing.
Must. Get. Life.
Loading...
Laughing. Me too!
Loading...
Seriously that is a giant crow!
Loading...
Or Raven!
Loading...
Haha! The crow is my friend!
Loading...
Oh Boy. Dog Lover (Not) shows up again! 🙂
Loading...
You keep tempting me …
Loading...
Goodness – That bird is almost the size of that dog. Scary!
Loading...
yes, or that is a tiny weeny dog!
Loading...
It really bites when you mistake a hot dog for a hot dog.
Loading...
Funny. Or a snake?!

Just when you thought it was safe to go back in the water … CROWS!
That was what I need after waking up late today!
We all need a bit of this Alex… 🙂
