It is, it really is.
Can’t read those words without hearing that lead guitar. Takes me back to the Centennial Auditorium in Saskatoon where I saw Mr. Johnny Cash .. at 9 years old. Chills. He was, and still is, a favorite. And that song is one of our favorites to dance to .. just peppy enough for a twirl or 2 but not too quick that we get winded 🙂

It was! My Mom was very adventurous and Dad was a great sport; they took us to a lot of performances … JC was the very best. I’ll never forget it — dark stage, a bit of bass thumping, a spotlight to him standing with his back to the audience, swinging around and dipping down and saying, “Hello …. I’m Johnny Cash…” He had a great band and rocked the house; June came out and dance and clogged, we thought she was a bit hickish 🙂
