Such beautiful advice in its simplicity..until one gets to the part about letting go. And yet – without letting go, the advice is incomplete.
Yes, Mimi. Yes. And the finish (letting go) is the hill…
That is beautiful. I’m going to keep this quote and follow the link for more.
Thanks Olivia. Loved it too…

great quote… thank you for posting 🙂
Let go. You have no idea how appropriate that advice is for me today.
Great!

You’re already more and less

Breathe out, look in, let go.????
I understand the last part. Why do they have to talk in riddles? Just spit it out. (Okay, now I’ve ruined your day, David.)
SO FUNNY. Come on Yoda! Get on the Bus!
I could have just pretended I knew what he was talking about….
No, that wouldn’t be right. Laughing!
and no more need be said.
Period. Full stop.
Thank you for making me aware of John Welwood. Wow. Brilliant quote too.
Thanks Anthony. He was a new find for me too…
and I did!
Bam! Way to go Ophelia!
Aww I really like this one. 🙂
Oozes peace, right?!
Absolutely! Haha 🙂
Like it a lot…sometimes it can be quite difficult finding that moment to just inhale, assess and let go, but this picture and quote did all that in a moments glance…happy 🙂
Thanks Fong. It is difficult for me too…
