When I click on the image I get “page no longer exists” however I just clicked on the profile and was able to view it from there! It is really good, you’re right! 😉
So impressive… they are very powerful creatures… they are the best friend/helper of humans in this amazing desert. Thank you, this is the best one but I know you will find another best one, this is why I love your blog and the day Wednesday… Have a nice day, Love, nia
Interesting animals, camels! Edible, too, according to a Lebanese friend who attended a wedding in Saudi Arabia where one poor camel was invited to lunch…
You know, like cats and dogs… Not to forget grubs and insects. I understand tarantulas, roasted over a campfire, taste a bit like lobster. Saw it on a television survival program. I guess it all comes down to how your mother prepared meals or something. Was it Andrew Zimmern or Anthony Boudain who, at a pygmy fest in Africa, was served the delightful delicacy, warthog anus, which he ate though it wasn’t totally cleaned out and had been roasted on a campfire? Try to get that treat at Disney World!
Initially I thought Caleb was engaging in a Salute to the Sun…then I watch the video he struggled so…reaching the sunny side of the Dune…/// I don’t do Dunes anymore,,,years ago, yes & I’ve been in the Dunes that inspired Frank Herbert, book “Dune” < the dunes that inspired him I just learned about last week and I said how interesting since, we've been there.
Oh, noooo!!!!!! Broken link! I think it was Caleb not wanting to show he’s struggling! 😉
HHD, my friend!

The warthog anus was undercooked, too, and Andrew or Anthony got sick. He ate the darn thing, though. Good manners count, even in Pygmylandia!

Even Caleb understands leverage and gravity. Why is it so hard for humans? I suppose it is because camels are not burdened with egos.
