- Post Title & Inspiration: Aldous Huxley: “It’s dark because you are trying too hard. Lightly child, lightly. Learn to do everything lightly. Yes, feel lightly even though you’re feeling deeply. Just lightly let things happen and lightly cope with them.”

finding the beauty wherever we can keeps us hopeful
Yes. It does.
Mother Nature brought down her colors in a beautiful sunset here last night. Filled my heart…
Would have loved to see your sunset! We had such a beautiful day yesterday, though no spectacular sunset …Spring is here!
She has…
Wild. Fierce. Courageous. Beauty. Everywhere.

More … ‘Beauty lifts us up’ … this is what helps!!
Mirabai Starr, Wild Mercy: Living the Fierce and Tender Wisdom of the Women Mystics …
It’s a choice we have, isn’t it? To choose to see, to choose to open up, to choose to share!
It is…
In addition to Beauty…Love….I love these lines from an old Hymn:
“Love lifted me.
Love lifted me! Love lifted me!
When nothing else could help
Love lifted me.”
word press is goofy again..it is I Christie who just posted
Yes!
I very consciously try to live every day like that: Colourful, fiercly, lovingly, putting in as much creativity and passion I can manage (and it’s not the same every day, I admit that)…. and share the good things with like-minded people.
Seems to work just fine – and when it doesn’t, I try again, next day.
Wonderful combo here, Dave! Thanks.
Fiercely lovingly. I see you living these words.
Lovely haiku. Thank you David 💛
It is. Thanks Val.
nice haiku; they are becoming my favorite form of poetry. I also noticed that you did not have a “Guess What Day It Is” yesterday…
Nice catch on Hump Day. Couldn’t find anything inspiring and Work For Home didn’t feel like Hump day.
All the days start to blend together…
They do.
So nice
It is. Thanks Joanne.
