Saturday Morning

I am going to try to pay attention to the spring.

I am going to look around at all the flowers, and look up at the hectic trees.

I am going to close my eyes and listen.

  7. This spring I am listening to the snow melt. Drop by drop. It’s a painful sound in May. Reassuring too. It’s nice not to be able to depend upon the weather here. Always full of predictable unexpectedness.

    That photo is exquisite.

  10. and I saw it and thought: That looks kind of familiar….. YEP, they’re out again, a sea of tender, powdery blue, with countless fluffy ‘pissenlits’ (dandelions) stalking the blue sea and assuring an even larger presence of weeds for the next spring!
Thanks for using one of my few photos. I feel slightly flattered 🙂

And yes, spring is here. Finally! Today, walked outside in T-shirt and shorts! Woo hoo! 17C, (might sound like not much at 63F but we are beyond excited) I even have a couple crocus and squills showing themselves.
