Be like the bird, who
Halting in his flight
On limb too slight
Feels it give way beneath him,
Yet sings
Knowing he hath wings.
— Victor Hugo, “The Bird,” Twilight Songs (Les Chants du crépuscule), published in 1835.

Knowing he hath wings … long day indeed!!
To remember and trust like the birds. 🍂
Yes….
I’m a great collector of anything angel…. mostly cards (for space reasons), but also books and what really impresses me are the books on angels in cemeteries. France is a great place for finding them!
Interesting…Why is France such a great place for finding them Kiki?
Oh no, France isn’t THE place for them. I got most of them in Switzerland, UK and elsewhere. Cards especially generally do come from England in my household (or those I don’t make myself..)
Ahhhh, I thought this all circled around you!
Beautiful…love the ballet image…some dancers know they have wings!
Yes!
