It’s hard to hurt things.
Isn’t it.
I’m afraid of spiders but I still scoop them cold
into my hands & let them free. Where’s the church
for things like this.

We should all be going there. God must be waiting.

I think if we could all get a bit more ‘local’ in our thinking, e.g., be kind to those in our immediate orbit, whatever their persuasion, it might have a positive ripple effect.

Dear David
All creatures belong to God’s creation – there is only one church: the Church of God, the religion of God for the whole mankind, for the whole creatures. Anmimals, insects, birds, plants and wherever is the life impulse – are our brothers and sister in a lower form, comparable with a bulb: humans have let say 100 watt, maybe animals 60 watts, plants maybe even less and the like – the more the consciousness – the more watt for this example. Nothing else exists than God – so also spiders and all others creature are part of God…
Thanks for sharing, dear David

Thank you for sharing Didi. If mankind could only treat the creatures as you suggest, they are sacred too.

Yes, David, it is time that mankind awakes…

Yes, to rescuing spiders, and the vulnerable. I’m not sure about catching them bare-handed. Especially the big fast ones with wobbly feelers.

Beautifully captured. We, at times, forget that this Earth belongs to all of us. We have to coexist along with all the plants and animals. A perfect example of privilege becoming a prerogative!

It is near… always. We have to slow down and feel – heart and gut feelings.
