Monday Morning Wake-Up Call

Dawn is like dumping milk into an inkwell.
First, there are erratic curdles of white, then streamers.
Shade the bottle for a gray colloid, then watch it whiten a little more.
All of a sudden you’ve got day.
Then start heating the mixture.

  1. Beautiful…though I’m more erratic curdles of consciousness at this hour. Happy Monday, pal

  2. Hmmm.. Well, here the erratic curdles of white needs temperature more than 36F.
It’s just milk everywhere, for today I guess!

  6. “Dawn is like dumping milk into an inkwell.” Would never have thought of describing it this way, but now that I’ve read it, I can’t get it out of my head. Perfect!
