Hi. Ummm totally late reply. So, since it’s a NEW YEAR and since I am a HUGE believer in NEW MOMENTS of any sort (I celebrate both January and September new years….not to do with religion…. just enjoy a new “school year”) I want you to be able to add the following items to “good things YOU (DK) did in 2014”: I have indeed been running at least 35 minutes a week since you sent the WSJ post in july or august. Most weeks much more than that (Except the sinus infection MONTH which was a nightmare) I did previously HATE running. I now ENJOY running. So thanks! … Moira
