An estimated 60 killer whales are sighted near Active Pass at Galiano Island in British Columbia. WOW.(Note to Self: Could do without the play-by-play and histrionics…but we’ll take it.)
My mouth would be open and not a sound would come out. I can’t imagine what it must be like to see this in ‘real life’.

Beautiful! Perfect! The enthusiasm expressed made it even more real in my opinion at least… there are so many slick documentaries this one is refreshing 🙂 thanks for sharing!

It was an amazing clip. For a moment I felt as if extinction and species reduction weren’t an issue. Wonderful.

Indeed, a magical moment…

Amazing, and uplifting. I’m sending this to my son who lives in Hawaii and loves the outdoors

That was so very cool, David! Can’t believe how close to the shore they were–so majestic. I’m with you on the ‘hootin’ and hollerin’ — enough already. Enjoy the majesty quietly and respectfully, that would be my stance….

It was an amazing clip Lori. Would have been incredible to experience it live. Goosebumps.

Take that–Sea World! Those creatures are so beautiful, what an absolute treat! I agree the commentary was annoying, yet I can’t blame them for their excitement. I would be squealing with delight!

Yes, I thought the same thing (Seaworld). As long as you were squealing in your own head, we’re good with it. Holler away.

Wow – what a sight!♥ I’ve only ever seen one killer whale when I was a child, and that was in a zoo – not a good environment for them! So lovely to see them free, in their real world, and so many of them too! 😀

Yes Suzy. With all the recent press about the damage we do to Killer Whales in captivity (SeaWorld), it’s wonderful to see them free.

Not a good moment to fall into the water. Impressive.

They look so playful and gentle, one wonders what they would actually do if you did fall in….
Lotta Free Willies
Certainly is Andy…
So cool. Couldn’t stop watching.
Felt same way. Eyes were glued. Amazing…
Whoa! Awesome! Holy Cow! Woo-hoo!!! 🙂 Seriously, awesome.
Yes, a big Woo-Hoo!
Omg I would totally be the person hooting and hollering and jumping up and down the whole time!
Laughing. Our boat would be the “quiet car”. Sorry Chanel. 🙂
I can’t help it! There’s salt water running through my veins…it’s that kind of stuff I live for.
🙂 Yes, incredible.
WOW!! We are going back here in 2014!!
Good for you. Hopefully you are lucky to take some of this in…
Cool
Super-cool.
Incredible sight but I’m with you … quiet absorption and enjoyment is preferred. The beauty and majesty of nature doesn’t require a human soundtrack.
Full alignment Friend. Complete alignment.
