Note to self: I haven’t read any Harry Potter books. Is there a deeper theme here? Isn’t “Perserverance” misspelled? (Blushing now…likely exposing my ignorance.)

I can't sleep…

love these and spelling is really just a means to an end )
Beth, we’re going all-in with your definition!
great, it will set your creativity free – i teach kindergarten, have 3 daughters and 6 grand babies and i let them spell their own way, when they are unsure, and tell me their stories, let them be uninhibited by spelling and grammar conventions and they will create unlimited possibilities, free of worry and ‘being wrong.’ )
Awwwwww, what a great teacher you must be Beth!
But, the cookies have to have chocolate chips!!
You and I are sympatico Darlene. Chocolate chips cookies are my favorite too.
I haven’t read those books either. What do those things mean??? And why IS perseverance spelled incorrectly? And…I already know your drug of choice…except that…OMG!!! Look at you! You are sooooooooo close!
My questions too! Close, yet the grinding to the bottom is painful. Not there yet.
Where’s gryffindor? LOL
Jeyna, you are definitely asking the wrong guy! 🙂
With a migraine – I actually took some drugs today – Ahhhhhhh….pain relief 🙂
Awwww, hope you feel better RoSy.
Not a difficult choice to make so I will take “Imagination” & the second choice would be “Perseverance” and NO Harry Potter reading although I have watched the movies.
I’m on Cookie and Perseverance priority path. 🙂
Laughing! You give me a feeling that am talking with a Kid. Me showing off & explaining a serious aspect of life the moment I pause the Kid replies, “Now if you are done with your lecture can I have a Chocolate Cookie?” 😉
I respond to THAT.
I can’t perseverate (which in therapeutic terms means to engage in obsessive behaviors) or imagine without cookies (anything with chocolate will be fine). Admire? I admire anyone who can do all of the above without cookies..:-)
Funny. (And quick witted so early in the morning)
Yay! It’s taken me how many years to be witty in the early morning when responding to your posts? Almost two? I”m going to celebrate with some more coffee.
It has been almost 2 years. 2 years in October. Incredible, right?!
Honestly? On some level I feel like you are a part of me I’ve always known – like a brother or a friend I went to school with whom I’ve always remained in touch. At the risk of complete corniness – in this virtual world you have become my alter ego, the voice sitting on my shoulder, one of those people that just knows. How can that be? And I know to my toes, that the majority of people who read your blog feel exactly the same way. Do you even realize that you have done that? No need to answer that – I know you don’t. 😉 Hugs my friend, hugs.
1) Thank you. 2) I’m moved. 3) Full stop.
OF course you’re moved – you’re on your way to work…;-) Just kidding. No thank you needed. It’s just who you are. Complete and total and full stop.
