I fully embrace my *&$# too!

handwriting

I love when “Research” validates what I’ve believed to be true for years.

  1. Personally I write like I have chicken scrawl…I can’t believe though that in some school districts they are no longer teaching cursive – except under the history curriculum. Even though my handwriting doesn’t even resemble English, at least it’s mine..and writing is a good thing…

  2. Concur. Have worked for years to get some semblance of an engineer’s block script. Laughable at best.

  3. LOL. well, I’m a bit offended. until I realized that I write neatly (like a good girl should) when I’m going slowly and thoughtfully, and I write messy when I’m rushing to get out all the thoughts moving through my brilliant mind onto paper. you didn’t allow for someone to be both! 🙂

  4. Wow, then I must be really something, because even I can’t read my writing afterwards. Thank god for computers and keyboards. Those I can master, and read my notes afterward!

  5. Well I have to say, that my husband who is a physician has a hard time reading his own writing..but I hate to admit that my writing is just the opposite…..I’m not sure I agree with not so smart stuff though… :/

  6. I admit that my handwriting has been getting worse over the years. Gone are the days of the “Catholic Schoolboy” penmanship. (My MBA studies saw to that!!). Does that mean I’m NEAT group member who’s gone lazy, or, that there is a latent intelligence that is just starting to come through? I can dream a bit, right? 🙂

  7. Well my friends say even a blind person can read my writing so I am offended here but laughing as I have no other choice. I can’t deny it 🙂

    1. I’m laughing too. A blind person can read your writing? You must send me a sample – maybe a picture. I can’t wait to see it. I feel there is a post in here somewhere.
