  1. These “hug videos” get me EVERY time—I simply cannot watch them without crying. I think it’s so interesting to watch people’s responses–some throw themselves into the hug with complete abandon, while others appear very tentative, nervous even. I was raised in a family of BIG huggers, so I love them, but I know they make some uncomfortable. Sweet, sweet video, as others have noted, but also a bit sad. This video on the subject remains my favorite…http://m.youtube.com/watch?v=vr3x_RRJdd4

Sending you a big Friday hug, pal! 🙂

  2. WLS – I was in tears as soon as I saw where this was going…I think hugging is curative, loving, accepting, nurturing, understanding, giving – and delicious. Yes, me and Leo Buscaglia. Why do we hesitate? Why would we deny ourselves? Happy Hugs, m

  3. I am a big hugger. They are therapeutic and healing. Yet, there are people who close themselves, turn their bodies so the hug doesn’t feel right. In a good hug, the bodies fit together perfectly. Its true connection. I cried watching this, too. It saddens me to think of the underlying feelings some might have that result in them remaining distant.

  4. love, love this…a reminder that the option to care is always there…you might like my Leading With Intention post on Caring…leadwintent.wordpress.com/

  5. I need to learn to view these at home…not at my desk at the office. Thanks, Dave…really needed this “Hug” this week!! 🙂

  6. Hugs to you, David. I’m a little disturb that I did not receive any of your post today from WP. I normally zero in on your post to get my daily intake of smiles. I found you. 😛

  7. Made me weepy. I’ve loved the other vids about people connecting. The hugs lasted a lot longer this time. Anonymous and safe. Such a smart man.
