That is a hoot, and what makes it even funnier is that Beau (who will be *2* next month and weighs 70 lbs!) did this the other day with a weed out in the yard. I heard him out there barking and growling like he was confronting Satan himself and went to investigate. He was staring down a big weed that was blowing in the breeze, hackles up, teeth bared, really showing it who was boss around these parts. It was too much. Then when I went up and asked him about it and touched the weed, he got this chagrined look on his face as if to say, “Well, don’t *I* feel stupid?!” and promptly chomped the head off. 😉 Gotta love these critters of ours…. 🙂
