You never feel happy, until you try.

Saturday mornings are normally reserved for work-out inspirations (for me). I’m finding it difficult to wind up this theme this morning and to shake “sad” so we are going to mix it up a bit. Here’s “Happy.” A three to four minute clip to take you away from dark to joy, dance, song, spirituality, humanity and LIFE.  “You never feel happy, until you try.”  Enjoy.

  5. Dave – The video says that the owner has not given permission to view – 😦 – but happy is good even if you can’t see it. Have a wonderful holiday – DogDaz

  6. AMAZING! A physical expression of pure, unmitigated joy, and as Mimi so aptly said, a perfect balm to yesterday’s sorrow.

“You must understand the whole of life, not just one little part of it. That is why you must read, that is why you must look at the skies, that is why you must sing, and dance, and write poems, and suffer, and understand, for all that is life.”. –Anonymous

  15. Mixed feelings about this one. The dancing is wonderful. But the “faith healing” part seemed violent and then frenetic. Maybe its just Newtown seeping in.
