  1. I check my emails on my Android, but don’t answer them there or follow any links. Then I either save them until later, or sign in on my PC if they need my immediate attention. I think this saves time, or maybe I check them more often than I used to. Not sure. Would need to have a ‘time and motion’ study carried out on me :))

David Allen (Father of “Getting Things Done”) would say reading things twice is not a good efficiency practice (nor is reading them 3, 4, 5 times like I do without processing, handling or disposing). I happen to think he’s right – I’m just am not executing. Yet, Sarah, if it’s working for you, crank away.
