I’m so happy!
Seriously- what did I buy at the supermarket yesterday? Strawberries and the makings for a cheesecake. Did I make the cheesecake? No – just have the strawberries and the filling, dipping the former into the latter while putting together next week’s program materials. I was for a brief moment in time – totally transported.

Those are beautiful. It looks like it is hard to make them look that pretty. Can I just dip the strawberries into the cream cheese filling?

Yes. I could wait. I’d have one spoon shoveling the cream cheese filling and the other lobbing strawberries into my mouth.
This looks delicious!
Small bites too! 🙂
