Whining Is Not An Exit Strategy

“Bitch sessions can be cathartic, but don’t you find that some people whine every day about their job, lives, spouses, etc.? Channeling all that whining into action is hard, but it’s the one way to change what you are unhappy about.  When you find yourself complaining to a friend/colleague about something, Ask yourself: What can I do to make this better, other than complain?”

  1. Whining is so tiresome. The same energy can be better spent as you say finding an empowering lesson from it or, better yet, focusing on the good that has happened rather than that tiny little irritating thing.

You always get more of what you focus on.
