Glad you made the move here…& that you meet Susan at College in Michigan & you became Husband & Wife.

We’ve been to Canada a few times. When we were young married couple. So pretty! I spent 2 weeks at summer camp in BC when I was a teenager. I fell in love with Macintosh Toffee. My younger sister went the next summer and John Wayne & his crew yachted into the Cove, anchored and had dinner with all the campers. We took our daughter when she was 10 years old to dinner at the fancy restaurant at Watertown Provincial Park we were staying in Glacier. She had just finished up her French Immersion, Elementary School. She could read the road signs & she & I told her dad he was suppose to go the other way… He had to turn around & We almost didn’t make it to the border before it closed for the night.

My husband enjoyed go to Winnipeg to big name concerts ie: “Guess Who” outside…He went to an inside concert & saw “Alice Cooper” when he was in College in Eastern, North Dakota…

      1. He saw Alice Cooper in “Alice Cooper” in Winnipeg – the North Dakota mention is due to the fact that the college kids just had to drive a straight line, North to Winnipeg…Have you ever had “Macintosh Toffee” ? I wonder if Dale has!, or some of your other, Canadian readers? PS: I think it will make it to 105, today, ugh. It was 95 at 10am. The low last night was about 59. Thursday it should be cooler !!!
