PPS: question from someone who knows absolutely nothing about birds: Wikipedia tells me egrets are white… Is it just the lighting or…? (Please don’t take this as criticism. I’m simply a tiny little flying lizard trying to learn! 😊)

Hi Paul. Thank you. Yes. Same Camera for video and for stills. Camera does help with stabilization but not with severe hand shake in cold. And it was cold today. I told about 10 videos to get to this one, and I clipped the sections of the video that were very wobbly. I’m new to the video game and have a lot to learn. I also need a tripod, which is the real answer. But I just can’t see dragging around another piece of equipment on my walks. (at least not yet). I need an assistant, and Wally’s not yet up to the task!
