Come back to earth…
dwell on the shortness of life.
Lift up your dark heart and sing a song about
how time drifts past you like the gentlest, almost imperceptible breeze.

Thank you, David. I have been struggling and this helps!

Just here for a moment. Read the whole poem – what wonderous beauty in a few lines. I had plenty of time lately to dwell on the shortness and the surprises of life – this is über-precious.

I look at the sky and wish for forever…to contemplate the shortness of our stay here is too upsetting to consider..

Sometimes it feels like time drifts past like an imperceptible breeze. Other times it feels like a hurricane 😅

The quite, peaceful ,photo and amazing words… make me, want to freeze time, suspending breath…while, heartbeat slows, eyes drink in, processing, embedding in memory…a moment to savor.
