Believe it is a feather. Other notable is I thought there was only one egg in the nest. There is certainly many more than that!

very interesting treatment – love how you gave it a muted but also glowing light – and of course, love the multitude of eggs – you were panicking over nothing, it seems. Oh, but the heartache…. Now we jubilant – and tell the stupid goose mum NOT to park her nest so openly in plain sight of everything and everybody; I can’t handle that stress 😉
