15 minutes, but worth every minute…

  1. Ahhhh…. Ólafur Arnalds.

You know, when it’s not ‘the season’, I usually write to his music playing softly in the background.

I feel closer to nature in the beauty of his notes and chords wafting all around me. His music feels like it is full of the beauty of the sun rising up out of the horizon and casting great swathes of colour across the sky as the blanket of darkness that has kept us safe in our dreams slips silently back into the envelope of night that will keep it safe all day long.

He awakens the magic and mystery, miracle and melancholy of the muse’s desires.

  2. My God, David! This is a whole other level. I wasn’t expecting this! It pulled me like hands pull up a puppit on strings. The sunrise, the music, her voice, the lyrics.

Merry Christmas to you and your loved ones. Holding you all tight in my heart today.

  3. I turned off all the lights
Only the stars and the Moon
Each one is You, you are all
    The beautiful people of
    The Earth…

    Thank you.
