  1. If I were Caleb, that would be me, chomping on the news of more restrictions due to C19 and feeling sorry & sad for our mothers, both deprived of human contacts and comfort for far too long already.
    But still: happy hump day!

    I wasn’t sure if they do chew a cud, so I looked it up on the Infinite Internet: “While camels are actually not true ruminants they chew cud, and while they do stand on two large toes they lack proper hooves.” What the hell kinda animal is that?

  8. Wow.. now there’s a face only a mother could love. (The article the photo links to made me facepalm, “Oh, no — not a camel-train plague on top of all the others!”)

      1. Well, that’s not an excuse. They just get you to gargle some sweetened peroxide solution and that takes care of a lot of the problem. No, you tell Caleb he should make an appointment. 😉

I’ve had my teeth cleaned in Oct…they have new special air filters in each room and they have you rinse w/diluted peroxide and then you get your teeth cleaned…they phone the day before and ask all the covid questions…you call them from your car upon arrival then they have you go to their arctic entry then they open the door to the office a lady stands in the office area and flashes an digital thermometer at your forehead then she goes your ok…then they whisk you into the treatment room…and if a person is of an elderly age they can not treat them at this point…

          1. He’d like her (though he wouldn’t fit through the doors)…she does meticulous work, is kind, smart and easy on the eyes for the male patients …the hygienist is thorough..

        2. Oh Christie, made me lsugh and wrinkle my forehead at the same time….. Also, we were already discussing how our French dentist could continue to work given the precautions …. he works in an apartment (or two joined).

  13. It appears to me that Caleb has been chewing tobacco and eating too much candy, since last Christmas and not brushing…I think his Christmas stocking must have been overflowing with high quality candy not the cheap stuff… and this year he has a new reduced sized Christmas stocking –

  16. You gotta love his confidence! He doesn’t seem to care about the state of his teeth. Now, if he was a human he’d be asking for a reshoot and some serious touch-ups! 🙂

    And… I owe you a note of thanks. I hadn’t realized when I wrote my poem, “Snow Falling At Dawn” for my blog this morning that it was, in some way, inspired by your This Moment post yesterday. Thank you again for being such an inspiratoin!
