  5. The horror of this slaughter of these beautiful creatures is beyond imagination. Greed and cruelty have no boundaries. The elephants’ kindness and intelligence are superior to ours. God is weeping! Another illustration of humankind’s only sin: the presumption that we are the exception to nature itself.

  7. … I‘m sick to my stomach, reading this and >I don‘t even know the details.
Last Sunday, a friend told us that he is sure that God has a great sense of humour. He continued saying: I was at the (Children‘s) Zoo with my grandchildren… How we laughed! Imagine how God laughed when he created the elephant with its trunk, the huge ears, the little ‚crook‘ to pick delicately stuff….
    And now this….. 😦

  8. It’s a crazy crazy world we live in. Which is why when they all check in at the end of the day, and the one home is tucked in and sleeping, I say, Thank you!”, one more day went by and we’re all safe and sound.

  9. Wow. The only good thing in slaughter news is to know and trust that most of us here in the world together are not like this.

  10. I’m with everyone else here—weeping, grieving for my Kin. I can’t stand this. DK, you have to show us thriving elephants and whales now. You have to.

  11. A loss for everyone, Elephants feel so many emotions it’s almost human like. I don’t live in countries have poaching and don’t understand why the poachers aren’t shot. That’s what they deserve.
