A Lebanese friend told me once about a wedding feast he attended in Saudi Arabia where the featured protein was camel. It surprised me since I always thought the general attitude was camels are not to be eaten. I suppose they are like horse – low fat, yummy, a heap of meat so save’em for a feast! LOL!
