Flying snowmobile called “parasledding.”
Whatever happened to tobogganing?
Or sledding?
Or even snowmobiling on snow?
Yet, even for Man with Acrophobia, this is cool.
Chatter Creek, B.C. Canada is a 5 hour drive NW of my hometown.
What amazing country. (I have no bias of course)
And what incredible camera work.
Looks a bit dangerous….
A wee bit…
As a snowmobiler I would rather keep the rubber on the snow.
Laughing. I get it. I do.
WOW…would love to be there snowmobiling…what beautiful snow!! But the parasailing part…maybe in another life.
Beautiful landscape, right in your back yard!
A flying snowmobile. What will they think of next?
Exactly!
Okay…how COOL is that!
So cool!
wow, and wow. that is very beautiful land there, david. lucky of you it is so close. and i am happy flying down the hill on my toboggan or black trash bag or cafeteria tray or sled)
🙂 It used to be close Beth. And yes, it is spectacular.
Magnificent landscape David and the film is breathtaking – literally. Scares the heck out of me, but wow, what a treat to watch!
It is amazing. I was less into the parasledding and more into the landscape. Camera work was incredible.
Even I would don winter clothes to try that! Awesome!!
🙂 Me too…
That looks like it is on the west side of the Rockies in BC. I assume somewhere between Revelstoke and Blue River or in that area. It is spectacular country.
That’s it Ivon. It is spectacular.
No … just no.
Ah come on Laurie, where the adventurous spirit?! 🙂
We humans can’t ever leave anything alone, can we???
Some of us humans, yes…
OMG! I’m sorry, but I’m cruising along on my *snowmobile* and a *helicopter* flies by?! What the what?! I grew up snowmobiling and I *love* the rush of the speed, but not convinced I’d want to take the machine completely airborne. Wicked cool photography, though, and gorgeous scenery. What a fantastic corner of the world to grow up in, pal. Color me green with envy…. 😉
🙂 Laughing. With my luck, the sail would take me way up in the stratosphere and drop me off with a thud in a very bad place.
