I totally remember that song!! Awesome … “Post Title: “Bad Moon Rising” by Creedence Clearwater Revival.”
Wow! Your photo looks otherworldly–is that what it really looks like? And, Credence Clearwater Revival!–had to take some time off and dance to it…and “Grapevine” and…. [Dance is one way I get more exercise in.]
Amazing image, Dave…I glanced at the gorgeous Moon last night, it glowed with a multi-colored halo…the sky below a lovely strong, blue…bright white massive clouds, stepping aside a bit thus allowing for the blue sky area dotted with only a few stars.., to dazzle….it was a breathtaking sky…and my sweet hubby wouldn’t put on his slipper and come outside…///a nod to CCR my Mom loved their music and in the area where I grew up they and Paul Revere and the Raiders were considered locals…John Fogerty for years own a cabin along a river in Eastern Oregon…he would pop into local restaurant/bar venues and join whoever the band was that was playing…PS: it was cold last night…we didn’t make it to 40 in the day at my house yesterday( will make into low 50’s today and to think that a week ago Thursday it was 78!) and my family in North Dakota said by the end of the day the snow was measuring 6″ above the bottom of the kitchen widow where the sink is…
hey Dave, nice shot.

Do you use a tripod? That’s a big gun!!

No. I shouldn’t. As a result have the shots are blurry because of hand shake.

You shouldn’t? Or you should? 😉
And hey… even with my 300, I get hand shake…

Absolutely should. But how much gear can one haul?

Seriously. Screw that. And hopefully you can capture it from your back yard 😉 Properly set up and all that.

I need to do exactly that. And need to get a tripod.

I see el conejo. His ears are hanging down on the right side of the picture. How timely to have the Easter rabbit in the moon just now.
