Absolutely *green* with envy. Enjoy your storm, pal. A little hot cocoa, a fire, a good book, something bubbling in the crockpot, ahhhh. Sign. Me. Up. 🙂

Hmmmmmmmm. So green with envy. As you swing in your hammock.

Laughing. And it’s not a hammock, it’s a chaise…😉

Just out of curiosity, how much you got on the ground at this point? (I think this is what’s commonly known as ‘pokin’ the bear.’)

12″ and still falling. Rain forecast at 2am. Then temps drop again.

Yikes! Sounds like that could be a bit (ahem) messy. Better don your Yaktrax before heading out on tomorrow morning’s shoot. https://yaktrax.implus.com/. Swore by them for winter dog walks in NH.😉

Note to self: I’m getting coaching tips from couch Lady swaying in her ‘chaise’. Have I hit a new low?

Beautiful photos. I bet those geese can hardly wait for it to warm up, but they do make a great picture. I think what makes these photos especially effective is the half light. Broad daylight would not have given them such magic.

Thank you Anneli. I 100% agree. I find when the sun comes up, the magic and the mystery life along with it. Twilight is a magic time. Every when it feels like 11° F outside.

So beautiful! 👏👏Well done to you DK for being out there alone to capture this divine beauty. When I am in nature each day, no one is ever there, and yet, I’m always surprised by this? It’s like I’ve discovered the garden of Eden and have it all to myself! 🌈

Eerily beautiful! You are brave…and wise–thanks for sharing it with we indoor inhabitants. I’m guessing that no ground hog is coming out tomorrow to forecast spring–maybe, because it held off for so long, we’ll have endless winter?
