Live & Learn 
Seeing the early risers through your words reminded me of how different we all are in our walking as wellness. I wondered which person was most at peace. I heard just a bit of a podcast with this quote last week (about 2020) “We all have our unspoken broken.” Ann Voskamp. Brokenness is either disguised well or acknowledged and self-helped. Walking helps me. Happy Sunday!
