I had an uncle who did this! Sticking the tongue out while thinking, biting on it too.
He was reaching me to hunt and he’s pointing at something and I was stuck on his tongue. He kept asking me to look ahead and I was fixated on his tongue.
Good memories. He passed away 10 years ago.
