  1. We start this MOnday with some sunshine, birds are singing, dogs are joyfully barking (and chasing said birds) and I open your blog – and feeld depressed…. This can‘t be, can it?!

I also am no longer surprised that you are an insomniac. With 13h of activities totalled on your phone, a few hours of domestic ‚being‘, it leaves you with precious few time for sleeping. David, oh David….. I fear for you.

  2. Scary isn’t it. My watch has been in for repair for over a week now. I still look at my wrist to see what time it is, but have also become attached to my phone to tell me the time.
And as we know, one pick leads to an other ….
    Keep trending down Dave!

      1. Uphill, sideways, down or lateral is a conjecture of the mind. I don’t think body understands compasses or directions, but it does know what makes it feel more in balance, whole and relaxed. What if there was no uphill, just an observation that it may be a time for balance between tension and striving, and letting go into who you want to be.

  3. Sorry, but I couldn’t even gather the focus to take in all your stats–then, realized that I should NOT bother. Oh Dear David, what can we do? What can Susan do? What could a dog do?
