They are too cute! Noticed the text on the bag “Ducks Unlimited” and reflected on the fact that dogs can be trained to leave the ducks alone despite their strong instinct to hunt. I have proof 🙂
Now you made me smile. I’m sure being a bird hunting dog, Zeke’s hunting instinct was an octave higher than for other dogs. I had to train Mr. D. to be able to take pics of all the birds – when he came to us, he’d drag me into the mud going after the ducks 🙂

Zeke was a bird hunting dog owned by a family that didn’t hunt. He couldn’t keep his jaws from chewing on anything. Poorly trained by his owners. (:
