Pepin is a Gentleman all the was. The exact opposite of Ramsey. My 13 year old is a professional chef. She’s been taking classes since she was 8. She wanted to participate in Master Chef Junior with Ramsey. But after watching so many episodes she came to the conclusion, on her own, that it is not about competing. And I would have killed Ramsey if he talked to her the way he does.

I was a pro chef for 25 years. Pepin is the best. Not a big fan of amsey, and he would proably have an aneurism over my scrambles eggs.

Something about this man. Even when I have no plans to cook, now all I want to do is cook.

Have just had breakfast.
Ready for another one!
I have translated Ramsey & Pepin speak into broken Italian-English. Bella Bella Bella!!
We should all get together and declare International Eggs Day….just a thought.

Julia Child’s simple omelette…2 eggs, parsley, salt, and the secret…1 TBS of water. Cooked in butter. Perfect every time, and I’ve been doing it for decades.

I like Ramsey, but these look too busy for my taste. I like “egg flavored” eggs !

I think his eggs look like glutinous goop…no thank you…I use a slotted spoon to stir mine, cook them about 3/4 done top with cheese, cover turn down heat check in one min and turn off heat cover the pan wait another min plate then salt plate them in a bowl over sliced tomato wedges and optional avocado slices ///another alternative is to plate them over gluten free toast with salmon lox and cream cheese…
