My favourite Auntie had a perfect body, and she would have been thrilled to have seen a copy of her cerebral palsy stricken body sculpted to perfection in mannequin form. I think it would have made her daily struggle of walking…less a struggle but more an effort to feel the beauty of her own perfection. I always tear up when I think of her.
Perfect.
This…was no exception.

Yea, who is perfect? Surely not me. Thanks to DK for this reminder. It’s about what is in your heart and soul.
Moved and proud ❤
I'm on wheelchair and I'm other than perfect according to people who look at me.
N.b. men look at me differently because of my big… ehm
Anyway, I wish I could be part of a similar project here in Italy. Why not?
Ciao David,
Vicky

Commossa e orgogliosa ❤

I absolutely loved this, David. I work with intellectually and developmentally challenged individuals in my work and so often feel they are not seen for who they are. Bringing back the dignity! This is sterling.
Who’s attractive? What’s chic? Always it’s a good time to embrace our humanity and our uniqueness — but now is better than ever. Hoping Kanigan’s post makes you smile like it did me …
They are perfect! and this is exactly what we all need to watch and remind ourselves yet again, what’s important 🙏🏻

Tears flowing. Such a potent reminder that everyone is challenged in some form or fashion…some adversity is just more visible than others. Lovely…
