The hearse carrying the coffin of Eilidh MacLeod is driven across Traigh Mhor beach at Barra, Scotland, airport after it arrived by chartered plane. Ms. MacLeod, 14 years old, was among the 22 people who died in the terrorist attack at the Ariana Grande concert in Manchester on May 22, which also left more than 100 injured. Awww, damn. Cannot bring myself to hit the ‘like’ button on this one, DK. Just trying to swallow around the lump in my throat. And I just finished reading about the latest shooting in Orlando. When. Does. It. Stop? All of this violence…what does it prove? What does it solve? How has everything gone so wrong?….

I was so moved by the shot. So moved. It was several punches straight to the gut.

It’s a tough shot but oh so impactful. Glad you posted but can’t “like” either.

Brutal and stark – which is why, like so many others, I can’t hit the “like” button – even if it’s just in acknowledgement of the post ….

How many more will it take? So very, sad.

It’s bad. Very bad all over. And everytime I ask myself if it can possibly get any worse, it actually does. And it’s scary 😔

I clicked on like because you shared with us, otherwise I couldn’t have known this. I am sad, at that time and also when I see the photograph too. There is not any word to explain how I feel… I pray.
Thank you dear David, the power of good and nice people, how I wish, spread to the world and to stop all these sickness mind.
Love, nia

Can not hit the like on this one David. There are no words that will help the families. This is happening too often to too many innocent people. Who’s winning? No one….just hatred, Sad so very sad.

Patricia, agree with you. And so sorry that I do.

All that can be offered at this time is prayer for the slain and their families, until the adults in the room resolve to act on the side of justice with a renewed reverence for life and the God who requires but two things: Love of Him and love or neighbor.

I’m afraid you are right Alan. But it just seems like it is not enough. But to your point, if we all, just 1 x 1, showed compassion and empathy, perhaps the world will little by little be a kinder place.
