I posted this on FB last week, and thought that posting it again and again and again would arguably be one of the best things to do right now. Love it.
Somehow missed this last week, but I love it, even though I’m sitting here sobbing right now. Such an important message, particularly in this moment when so many suddenly seem so alien….

To expect an egalitarian world, we will need to stop building more temples, mosques, churches etc., Religion should remain private and kept out of our public lives.
The 17th century Sufi poet, Bulleh Shah said it then – Tear down the mosque and temple too, break all that divides
But do not break the human heart as it is there that God resides.
If only we can figure out how to break down the walls and get people out of their “boxes” everyone would realized how alike we all are. Mankind is generally a kind group…sometimes we don’t allow each other to see it!
