Shelley Rainey: A beautifully relaxing album. Lie back, close your eyes and let the music wash over you.
Ian Cripps: Sometimes music stops you in your tracks, sometimes you have to listen, sometimes nothing else matters. Moments that stretch time…This is traditional Irish music played with emotion, with joy for the most part, with sadness occasionally, with beauty always…this is simply music that moves you…Twelve tracks, over an hour of listening but it’s not, you get to the end and hit play again. And again. And time passes, the day has gone and still you are mesmerized. At times reflective, haunting, peaceful, happy this album runs the full gambit of emotions. You don’t want it to end. It doesn’t have to. Just one more listen.

Oh my. I just now returned from a rather percussive concert, to find this gift of true beauty waiting for me. Much thanks David.

I listened to this once, then my daughter, the 11 year old, came and took the phone to see who it is.
Then she built on it, longer playlist.
We have no idea where this came from but she had this obsession with Gaelic music/songs and Celtic dance.
Since she was 3 years old she danced for hours to the song Dulaman, she sings it in Gaelic, and knows the translation.
She’s been dancing all day. 🙂
Thank you.

Wow. Great. So glad. You have quite a multi-cultural boom going on in that household.

If they can all be silent at dinner table for once, only once!
Each one of the 4 kids speaks only 2 of the 3 languages spoken in this household. Plus 2 dialects of our native language.
I’m the only one that speaks my husband’s dialect.
None of them understand my dialect.
I’m constantly translating something to someone.
Yes, Sir.
Yes.
Multi-cultural BOOM.
