Only the light moves

sun-sunrise

We went down into the silent garden.
Dawn is the time when nothing breathes,
the hour of silence.
Everything is transfixed,
only the light moves.

  1. Not so silent when you have 3 dogs and one is constantly making bark-comments…and sleeps in my garden on top of that…so there is me yelling “Git outta my garden!”! Still…
    this is a sweet post.

  2. Genesis 1:2,3
2 And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters.
3 And God said, Let there be light: and there was light. //
and I add the morning light brings forth a new fresh day full of opportunity…the light illuminates, the light signals photosynthesis in the plant life thus growth and further nourishment cycle of life on this earth…God’s gift is a miracle…
