A dear friend, a clinician convinced me to try yoga on Sunday. Rx for career burn-out, daughter/mother/husband wedding stress and the taming of my busy amygdala (she calls her Amy). Words can’t describe my little pieces of calm after. I’ve sent her this post as a Thank you!
