Ah, looks like my house, only we have four, black Labs, and a nearby lake instead of a pool. It’s always something with their unfailing energy. Good thing Zeke is laid back and content with just laying out in the sun, right? And, you have also identified a new species . . Black, furry shark. LikeLiked by 1 person Reply
I still shake my head at 4 labs. Wow. As to Zeke, he’s an 80 lb house dog with no undercoat. Meaning he lives A/C As to the shark fin, that was classic LikeLiked by 1 person Reply
That is a riot. That’s Beau (sans the shark fin) getting in bed with us when he’s decided it’s time to rise and shine–gotta love these animals! LikeLiked by 1 person Reply
They so warm your heart. Saw this yesterday, and it was almost too much for me. It’s still on my mind. The Transformation Is Mind-Blowing – A Homeless Dog Wanders The Streets Alone LikeLiked by 1 person Reply
What a wonderful story, DK. These linger in my mind as well. What always amazes me is these animals’ willingness to trust again after so much heartache. Their capacity to forgive and love is truly humbling…. LikeLike Reply
I can’t stop laughing, either! I can hear the dialogue—don’t you dare; try and stop me! LikeLiked by 1 person Reply
That’s a beautiful story about the rescue of Kelsey. Seeing neglected, abandoned and abused animals simply breaks my heart. LikeLiked by 1 person Reply

I can’t shake the visuals out of my head. If with a happy ending.
